The agenda for the
May 21, 2010, advisory committee meeting included a discussion of the standards
of care required of the regulated entities. To help facilitate the discussion,
DATCP provided examples of language used in some existing regulatory programs.
Please keep in mind that each program has its own statutory requirements and
language, so there is no way to compare exact provisions.
