Thorp Dog Auction Scrapbook: Coffee

Previous -- Next

Coffee the skittish min pin

Coffee, a year and a half old black and tan Miniature Pinscher, was in a full blown heat cycle when she was purchased. "Ready to go," she would have earned back her purchase price in a very short time.

Coffee also has cysts between all of her toes, advanced tooth decay, toenails so long she couldn't walk, and is extremely skittish. It's obvious that she had never known affection or a human voice directed at her in kindness.

She does realize that her life has changed. She just doesn't realize yet that it will only keep getting better and better.
