JOYCE'S FUND

Ed KitsembleGoing to Madison to witness the Governor signing AB-250 into law was a dream come true for Joyce Kitsemble.

The Wisconsin Puppy Mill Project is proud to announce the creation of JOYCE'S FUND in honor of our beloved advocates and friends, Joyce and Ed Kitsemble.

Every penny of your donation to the fund will go directly to help provide Veterinary Care for Wisconsin Puppy Mill Dogs. Joyce and Ed knew what a labor of love it was to provide medical care, socialization and kindness to mill dogs in need. Through JOYCE'S FUND, the Wisconsin Puppy Mill Project will continue the work to which they were devoted.
