Thorp Dog Auction Scrapbook: Leroy

Previous -- Next

Leroy the miniature schnauzer pup was saved from a probable life in a cage when purchased by a rescue group at the 10 March 07 Thorp Dog Auction.

Leroy, like his brother Stanley (Previous page), is a miniature schnauzer puppy whose life changed dramatically for the better after his purchase by a rescue group at the 10 March 07 Thorp Dog Auction. If not for rescuers whose consciences wouldn't let them stay away from the auction, these pups probably would have ended up in a cage in one of the Amish puppymills in or near Thorp.

Unfortunately, bidding for their sister went over-budget for rescue, and she likely will have a litter of her own pups in a few months.
